Yesterday, Miss Cartier obliged us with a sumptuous lunch to celebrate her newest status at the club.
Farmer O'Meany decided upon two full plates upon which to sup, and appeared in raptures over the quantity of repast he was about to consume.

Upon our travelling by carriage to the club this morning, I marveled at the lovely display "rosy-fingered Eos", goddess of the dawn, had graced upon undeserving humanity.



In the distance, one can make out the silhouette of Mount Rainier.

Proper decorum dictates that our Yuletide lights cannot be put up until 25 of November. But now that the All Hallow's Eve lights have been taken down, we need something to act as a place holder. These quaint lights are just the thing.
